SHIPPING POLICY UPDATED   4 / 20 / 2021

 

- Order Processing

 

- COVID 19 HAD RADICALLY SLOWED shipping times with the USPS , this is outside our control, however  orders do get through and for the most part on time ....

 

We try to process orders as promptly as possible. Most USPS orders are processed within 24-72 hours.  . Please allow time for KUSTOM HAND MADE  Parts orders to be pulled and inspected to guarantee you top quality Reproduction  parts.

- Shipping Orders Fulfillment schedule :

we try to process orders in a efficient fashion to help keep overhead cost down , that being said WE DO NOT SHIP OUT every day , sometimes we indeed do , but typically we process orders out going USPS shipping Every Other Day during M-F works week , WE DOT NOT Process orders on the weekends SAT or SUNDAY , .......

 

- Is my shipment insured ?

- We encourage you to take advantage of the third party insurance offered during checkout, which covers loss, damage, and theft at an excellent rate. A key benefit is that it allows you to directly file a claim with 1 click.

-  By default, shipments are insured only up to the respective carrier's basic coverage

 - SHIPPING INSURANCE : AGENSTE LOSS DAMAGE OR OTHER RESONS YOU DONT GET YOUR ORDER OR HAVE DAMAGE ISSUES OCCURED IN SHIPPING BY CARRIER AFTER IT LEAVES OUR CARE MANDITORY ROUTE BRAND / VENDOR Shipping INSURANCE OFFERED AUTOMATICLY AT EVERY CHECKOUT BOX IS CHECKED in YOUR FAVOR , PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS AND DO NOT UN-CHECK BOX FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER IN ANY WAY ,,,,,,,,,PERIOD ! 

-  If YOU The  customer elected not to purchase third party shipping insurance, FROM ROUTE PRE_CHECKED OPTION DEFAULT the shipment will only receive default coverage, and the customer assumes the risks associated with the shipment. 

- SIMPLY PUT : PLEASE DO UN_CHECK THE ROUTE SHIPPING INSURRANCE BOX ! 

-   If you purchased shipping insurance, you will receive an email from the the insurance provider named "Route". The email will contain the link to file a claim. If you're unable to locate this email, you can go directly to: https://claims.route.com/

For orders that were marked as "Delivered" but were not received, a claim must be filed after 5 days from the "delivery" date, and no later than 15 days from that same date.

For orders that were stuck in transit, a claim must be filed 7 days from the last tracking status update (20 days for international orders), and no later than 30 days from the last status update.

Shipping & Returns

Returns - Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and afforded a full refund, Less 15% Restocking Charge , less shipping costs and any transaction fees, provided the item has not been installed and arrives in the condition that it was shipped. We   VINTAGETEqPARTSLLC. are happy to inspect items believed to be defective if you return them. If they are found to be defective, a replacement will be shipped. If not, return shipping must be paid by the customer.

 

Shipping - Shipping fees are provided at checkout, . Our primary shipping source is UPS, with the U.S. Post Office provided as an option. Items will be shipped by the most economical means if Standard Shipping is selected. International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. We insure all shipments - USPS shipments are insured by  and will be replaced should they go missing (this is why the price on your USPS label may not reflect what you actually paid for shipping). Any item scanned as delivered by the shipping company is not subject to free replacement, unless shipped via UPS and UPS honors the claim on said lost item. Items lost after being scanned as delivered are not the responsibility of or    VINTAGETEqPARTSLLC.       and we are not responsible for items damaged in shipment. Items shipped via UPS that are damaged or lost in shipment will be replaced upon completion of appropriate measures with our shipping contractor.

Customs and Duties - Customs and Duty fees charged on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. By placing your order through Twos R Us, you agree to have your credit card charged for any customs or duty fees charged to    VINTAGETEqPARTSLLC. . on your shipment. Please do not ask us to declare your shipment as a gift or at a lower value - this is mail fraud and we do not appreciate being asked to break the law.

Re-stocking fees - Items produced by    VINTAGETEqPARTSLLC.    are not subject to restocking fees if they are returned within the 30 day return window. After the first 30 days, restocking fees may be assessed at the discretion of .  VINTAGETEqPARTSLLC.   Should an item be returned that was procured from an outside vendor, any fees required by that vendor must be paid by the returning customer. We don't like these fees either and try to avoid them all costs.
